You’ll then set off to discover another local specialty, wine. I was born in Provence and, although I’ve moved around a lot, I always come back to my village. I studied tourism and art history, before getting my official guiding qualification. In 2008, I created my own company and have been giving guided tours in my region ever since. I love getting up in the morning and going to work! This job allows me to share my region and passion, as well as meeting people from all over the world. I cover a wide range of topics including the French Riviera and Provence (local life and traditions). I’m very careful to cater for disabled visitors as well, as my cousin is in a wheelchair. I invested in a vehicle designed to carry a wheelchair and I’ve created tourist circuits adapted for people with limited mobility. In my free time, I like sewing and I’m also secretary for a charity that preserves local Provençal traditions.
