A personal agenda will be available for you to state your availability, so that clients can choose the day of their visit when booking. In the event of dates clashing, you will always be able to suggest a change of date to your client.
COMMUNICATION WITH CLIENTS
You will receive an e-mail alert as soon as a booking is made via the site, giving you all the details of the visit. You will also be able to use an internal e-mail system to communicate with the client in the event of any additional request, possible change of plan, or simply to get to know the client a little better before his or her arrival.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
You will be able to track all client bookings and payments made via the site, which is equipped with an innovative marketplace payment system. As soon as the client pays, the system allocates the appropriate share of the payment to the virtual electronic account of each stakeholder in the tour (guides, Unique Tours Factory, partner, etc.).The payment of each partner is assured at the time of booking. Once the service has been provided, each stakeholder automatically receives a transfer of the sum due. So no money goes through the hands of Unique Tours Factory (apart from our commission), and each stakeholder is assured of receiving payment as soon as the service has been provided on the terms agreed and avoids cumbersome administrative tasks.
