Created in the 18th century, the National Archaeological Museum of Naples (MANN) presents an extensive collection of objects from the sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum and has one of the most important archaeological heritages in the world. Our visit will allow us to discover its masterpieces such as the largest sculpted group of Antiquity, the Farnese Bull discovered in the baths of Caracalla in Rome, but also the Farnese Hercules, datable to the 3rd century AD. The museum is also famous for its "Secret Cabinet" which brings together a vast collection of Roman erotic art from the 1st century and we will also admire the many frescoes and mosaics from the main archaeological sites of the region.

Créé au XVIIIe siècle, le musée présente une vaste collection d'objets provenant des sites de Pompéi et d'Herculanum, le Musée Archéologique National de Naples ( MANN) possède l'un des patrimoines archéologiques les plus importants au monde. Notre visite nous permettra d'en découvrir ses chefs d'oeuvre comme le plus grand groupe sculpté de l'Antiquité, le Taureau Farnése découvert dans les thermes de Caracalla à Rome mais aussi l'Hercule Farnèse, datable du IIIe siècle après J.C. Le musée est aussi célèbre pour son "Cabinet Secret" qui rassemble une vaste collection d'art érotique romain du Ier siècle et nous admirerons aussi les multiples fresques et mosaïques issues des principaux sites archéologiques de la région.
