Having lived in Lyon for fifteen years, I became a tour guide as I wanted to combine my different passions such as social and cultural interactions, foreign languages and the beautiful French heritage. Sharing my knowledge with visitors and seeing smiles on their faces is one of my best rewards my job could offer me. Since 2012, I am a guide lecturer and I offer atypical tours in the Lyon region; treasure hunt in the medieval village of Malleval, wine tasting of the Côte-Rôtie wines, meetings of passionate and locals craftsmen, and many other unique experiences. I like to talk a lot about history. The Lyon region one is particularly rich. I also enjoy showing the locals' life and I always remember two journalists from the Arab Emirates I took to a farm where they were able to milk goats and eat cheese. Alongside my work as a guide, I was also a mediator at the Vienna Museum during 4 years which has a fascinating collection of objects witnessing the life in the city during the antiquity. When I am not guiding, I devote my time to riding - an activity I have been practicing with passion since the age of 5. Organizing a guided horseback tour? A project in reflection...
