I was born in Bordeaux and raised in a family of winegrowers. Studying and working with wine for the next 20 years – in our vineyards, at different châteaux and in selling wine - was therefore a natural choice. I decided that I wanted a change and had the idea of giving guided wine tours dedicated to Bordeaux, wine, tastings, oysters and French cuisine from the point of view of a wine professional. I like meeting people, discovering new cultures and developing personalized relationships. Wine is my big passion, I am certified WSET level 3 in wine since September 2020 and at home I have an impressive wine collection. And, as wine and good food go hand in hand, I also like eating. Apart from that, I enjoy playing tennis, travelling and I’m currently learning Portuguese.

Had the best day with Frederic visiting the St Emilion wine region. Very informative and a wonderful guide. My husband and I sampled some fine French Reds, ate some beautiful food and visited the most magnificent Chateau's! Would definitely recommend it! Bruce & Narelle - Australia
