Born and brought up in Paris, I studied history and was destined to become a teacher, as I like working with people. However, I also wanted more freedom and flexibility. So, in 2009, I started giving tours as a volunteer and completed by professional guiding qualification the following year. I love this job as I’m always surrounded by people, I get to share my passion for history, and I create personal relationship during small private tours. My favorite themes? History (ex. Monuments like the Basilica of Saint-Denis, Saint Chapelle and Les Invalides), le Marais (Medieval architecture, aristocratic history) and the Louvre. As well as history, I’m also passionate about fashion, travelling and psychology.

We met Caroline outside of Versailles and quickly started the tour. I had been to Versailles before and I was half expecting the same tour. It was different. Another emphasis. We had a great tour and we were very happy with our guide, Caroline. We are (very) polite people. Maybe too polite. Caroline was not afraid to 'move people'. My wife liked this about Caroline - and she liked the way Caroline 'moved' people. Great tour! I would recommend Caroline.
