I absolutely love food and chocolate has been an obsession since my childhood in the Australian countryside when sneaked Cadbury’s Dairy Milk from the cupboard and started to experiment in the kitchen. After travelling the world in search of incredible food experiences, I settled in the culinary melting pot of London, which I explored enthusiastically. Combining my two passions, I decided to fulfil my dream of setting up a business to show people around London and provide insight into chocolate. 9 years later, I still love meeting new people and introducing them to incredible chocolate. As well as running my chocolate tours, I am currently consulting for various businesses on cost analysis, strategy, taste analysis and recipe development. I also write and speak about chocolate, desserts and food for different events and publications, and am hatching plenty of plans for the future. I was privileged enough to be on the Grand Jury of the International Chocolate Awards, Academy of Chocolate Awards and Great Taste Awards.
